Michael Leo “Mickey” DelGiudice, 58, of Fort Myers, Florida, died at home on July 26, 2019. He was the husband of April DelGiudice, whom he was married to for 21 years.
Born in Warwick on June 29, 1961, he was the son of the late Councilman John C. DelGiudice and Pauline “Polly” (Crohan) DelGiudice. Mickey worked for the Warwick Department of Public Works before moving to Florida. An avid sports fan, he loved playing golf, softball, the Red Sox and the Patriots.
Michael is survived by his stepdaughter, Rachel Corrente. He was the brother of Jeanne, John, Tony, Mark and Tim DelGiudice and Tiam (Nungi) Benoit. He was the brother of the late Ellen M. Hermanowski. Mickey was also the beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mickey also leaves behind his beloved pets whom he adored: Georgie, Freddie, Baby Girl and the late Gizmo and Izabel.
Mickey was loved by all who knew him; he will surely be missed.
