Monique M. “Nicky” (Landry) Sirois, 89, died Friday, January 26, 2018 with her family by her side. She was the former wife of the late George M. Sirois, Sr.
Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Alice (Carroll) Landry. Monique was employed as a cosmetician for many years. She loved to dance and laugh and also enjoyed time spent with families and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was the beloved mother of Lorri J. Charpentier (the late Richard Charpentier), Elaine Auclair Barney (Casey), George M. Sirois, Jr. (Bonnie), Debra A. Zambarano (Richard), and Daniel G. Sirois (Crystal); sister of Carroll Landry, Lorraine Gavlik, Roger Landry, the late Russell Landry and Jeannine Arnold. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held Monday, January 29, 2018 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 p.m.
