New carpeting to be installed at Children's Library

Thanks to a $78,000 grant from the Champlin Foundations the Warwick Public Library will install new carpet in the Children’s Library and the teen space.

During installation, story times and a “mini” Children’s Library will move into the Large and Small Meeting Rooms on the first floor of the Central Library.

The Children’s Library at the Warwick Public Library will be closed for about a week starting Friday, March 30, and the “mini” Children’s Library will open on Saturday, March 31 for the installation of new carpeting.

Children’s services will be available from March 31 to April 7 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

They could have save $78k of the mayer's hard earned taxpayer money and put in virtual carpeting. It is cheaper though it is hard to get the urine smells to stay.
