A note from the team at the Cranston Senior Enrichment Center:
While our facility is closed and we are home and maintaining “social distancing,” let’s stay as active as we can, physically and mentally.
Use some of the exercise skills you have learned in your various exercise classes – stretch, walk in place, use one-pound weights. Continue your chair exercises at home. Keep hydrated.
Stay informed with media reports. It’s a good time to do things around the house that you always wanted to do but never had the time to.
Call your family and friends. Call a neighbor who maybe alone. Write a note to someone you have not seen in a long time.
Let’s support each other and stay connected. Most of all, stay safe and stay healthy.
