Norman R. Gardiner Sr., passed away March 23, 2018 in Mesa, Arizona. He was the husband of the late Nellie (Emery) Gardiner.
Born in Warwick to the late Lydia V. McCloud, he joined the United States Air Force for four years. He then settled in California and Arizona where he worked as a sheet metal engineer for over 40 years.
He is survived by three daughters: Donna Shoemaker, Mari Caroland & her husband Cletus, Dianna Provencio & her husband Robert. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his siblings: Viola Lannigan (Raymond) of West Warwick, Shirley Godfrey of Providence, Thomas McCloud (Barbara) of Warwick, Charlene Webster (Daniel) of Warwick. He was predeceased by his son Norman R. Gardiner Jr.
