Officer Dan Maggiacomo and the Warwick Historical Society will offer a look at the Warwick Police Department in the past and the present at Warwick Public Library on Wednesday, September 11 at 7 p.m. Explore the history of the Warwick Police Department and learn how it has evolved to keep up with the changing needs of the Warwick community. Plus, discover how the Warwick Citizens Police Academy connects the community with the police. Dan Maggiacomo is a 17-year veteran of the Warwick Police Department, an officer in the District Three Office of the Community Policing Unit, and the Citizens Police Academy Coordinator.
