Rev. Robert Marciano a ‘tireless’ priest

To the Editor:
For those who don’t know Father Marciano of Warwick, he is a “Holy” Priest, who wears many hats and performs many duties.
Father is a Pastor of St. Kevin and St. Benedict Churches and President of Bishop Hendricken. He is a retired Lt. Col. in the Air Force Chaplains National Guard, Chaplain of the Warwick Police and Fire Departments and a board member for Right to Life and Bryant University, just to name a few!
Needless to say, Father is a tireless worker who puts his own needs aside in order to serve others.
I’ve personally known Father Bob since 1995, as he has been a wonderful friend to me and my family. Father once told me he loves what he does because he doesn’t consider his work a job, but a joy!
Father Marciano is a special Priest because of his hopeful, happy, and cheerful way he leads his congregation. His positive attitude in all he does is reflected in the huge attendance at St. Kevin, St. Benedict, and Bishop Hendricken High School.
St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta once said: “Holiness does not consist in doing extraordinary things. It consists in accepting, with a smile and joyful heart, what Jesus sends us. It consists in accepting and following the will of God.” That’s you Father.
Thank you Father Bob for all you do for others and being my dear friend. God bless!

idiot (so very apt): Not sure how the good Father is impacting your life. I can tell you, however, that he has had a profoundly positive impact on firefighters, police officers, and members of the Air National Guard and their families.
