RI Bulldogs Baseball Club takes third place in New England AAU

The R.I. Bulldogs Baseball Club, with players from Warwick, West Warwick, Cranston, Cumberland, Providence, East Greenwich and West Greenwich, recently ended a successful 2014 season by finishing in third place in the New England AAU playoffs. After going 11-5 during the regular season, the Bulldogs entered the playoffs as the No. 15 seed (out of 16 teams that qualified). They upset No. 2 Southern Maine Tomahawks and No. 7 New England Storm to qualify for the Final Four, where they lost a hard-fought semifinal game in extra innings, 1-0, to the eventual champion. The coaches would like to thank all of the players and parents for their support this season.
