Registration for all standard position players begins at 12 p.m., with tryouts for fielding and hitting being held from 1-4 p.m.

All aspects of the game (hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning) will be evaluated. There is no fee to tryout.

The RI Lightning is the largest and oldest competitive fastpitch softball travel organization in Rhode Island and their teams compete in ASA, PONY, NSA and USSSA tournaments throughout the Northeast and at the national level.
