Richard Francis Magaraci, 85, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Cedar Crest with his beloved wife of 50 years, Dolores C. (Faulise) Magaraci at his side.
Born in New London, CT, he was a son of the late Anthony and Nella (Liacono) Magaraci. Richard was a graduate of Mitchell College and the University of Connecticut. He was employed as a technician aid for 35 years at Electric Boat and was owner of the former Modern Cleaners in Westerly.
Richard leaves behind his beloved wife, two wonderful sons he treasured, James Francis Giudice of Warwick, and Gerard Chris Giudice of Newington, CT; his loving grandchildren, Robert, Gerry, Maria, and James Giudice; one sister, Dr. Antoinette Foster. He was the brother of the late Vincent Magaraci of New London, CT.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 11 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
