Take a bunch of energetic kids, add 14 members of the accounting staff from Balise auto dealerships and you’re certain to have a bit of March madness on the Norwood Boys and Girls Club basketball court. Six of the Balise team joined the kids on the court, as a whole another contingent of kids enthusiastically cheered for all the players. Balise has been a big supporter of the club, donating scoreboards for both the Norwood and Oakland Beach Club. The automotive dealer has also committed to $50,000 to transform a room in the Cooper Armory on Sandy Lane into a gym where, beginning this fall, the club will operate an after school program targeted at middle school aged kids.
