Andrea (Sciamacco) Duffney, CPA, has been promoted to senior tax specialist at the accounting firm of Sansiveri, Kimball & Co, LLP. Duffney joined Sansiveri in the fall of 2014 as a staff accountant. In 2015, to pursue her interest in taxation, she transitioned to tax accountant. Today, she provides tax planning for closely held businesses and their owners and is responsible for the review of tax returns for S and C corporations, partnerships, multi-state returns, high net worth individuals and trusts. Andrea was a 2014 spring tax intern with the firm. She has both a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree (Magna Cum Laude) in accounting from the University of Rhode Island. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Andrea resides in Warwick.
