Chef Ray Depot recently welcomed back former student Robert Gemma, a 2007 graduate of the Culinary and Baking Arts program at the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center. Rob went on to study culinary arts at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. While in college he interned at Fenway Park and upon graduation he was hired there. He worked at Fenway for four years rising to suites food service manager. The past three years Rob has been working as the executive chef in charge of all food operations for the Pawtucket Red Sox and McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket. (Photo courtesy of William McCaffrey)
