Hooters, which closed in 2014 due to health violations, is undergoing renovations. The building sustained damage from a snowstorm in 2015, further complicating its reopening. Dr. Brad Turchetta, whose company Concord Realty leases the property to Hooters, estimated Tuesday the restaurant would reopen in approximately 10 weeks. Dr. Turchetta said, “I’ve been getting more calls about this restaurant reopening than when my uncle passed.” Turchetta is the nephew of the late Providence Mayor Buddy Cianci, who owned the property when it first opened in 1993 as Hooters. Turchetta attributed “discussions of approval between Hooters and the insurance company” as delaying efforts to reopen. (Warwick Beacon photo)

I like wings with a cold beer and will definitely try the place again once they reopen.
I hope and pray that it is managed properly, not Like Wild Wings at the mall!
I have stopped going to Wild Wings at the Mall strictly because the service was so bad! Several times it was nothing but wait, wait, and wait some more while the bartenders and waitresses all huddled at the end of the bar texting on their cell phones while everyone waits! Where is the Manager? Or, was she texting with the group?
Crossed them right off the list on where I go to pay for the girls to be on their cell phones, flaunting it right in front of the customers!
Hooters future management, take note of what I said, it will aggravate your customers to no end, they are the ones paying!
