Tanya Donahue vice president of Rhode Island Kitchen & Bath welcomed Chef Tyler Demora and Chef Cameron Vietri from Chair 5 at The Break Hotel to their showroom on Tuesday, October 17 for a live cooking demonstration that included pork coppa with kelp, coffee and sunchoke and parsnips and carrots cooked in embers.
