The addition of numerals to columns at the arrival level of the Green Airport terminal has facilitated the pickup of arrivals and eased congestion. The Rhode Island Airport Corporation has also posted signs that those picking up arrivals face an $85 fine if they use the outer lane of the ground level or the departure level for pickups.
