Senate Majority Leader Michael McCaffrey recently visited Mentor Rhode Island to learn more about the program that runs school mentor programs in Warwick, Cranston and Woonsocket as well as services to agencies affecting more than 5,000 youths statewide. McCaffrey presented Mentor RI president Jo-Ann Schofield with a $3,000 legislative grant.
