Members of the Greenwich Bay Women's Club took a night off from all the community work they do May 12 for a fun social evening hosted by member Penny Steen. The club staged a murder mystery – “Who Killed Peirre Dupre?” The cast with hostess Penny Steen from left are: "Gator" his daughter's swamp rat lover (played by EG resident Lee Sperduti), his daughter Magnolia Queen Alexis Dupre (Linda Mensinger Nunez of EG), French Maid Elyse St. Gretsch, (Warwick's Lynne Wolff), his illegitimate jazz musician son played masterfully by NK's Jane Wallace, his personal chef Cayenne Pepper (Karen Settipane of EG), his personal solicitor/best friend J. Stephen Peek Esq. (played by Burt Steen), and (from left to right in front) 2nd wife/Vegas showgirl Melissa Dupre (Newport's Linda Sami), or acclaimed novelist Connika Gothica (NK's Laureen Ryan). And who did it? It was his best friend, embezzler lawyer Burt Steen, of course! For information about the Club, contact Membership Chair Jackie Russell Merriam at Jackierussell@cox.net or call her at 527-4105.

Has anyone seen the taxpayers mayer? I think he would be a prime suspect.

Dear Justanidiot,
I couldn't have been me. I was in Florida out fishing my son Benjamin for the first time in years.
Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts though.
By the way ... where were you on the night of the murder?
Stay well old friend.
Happy Summer everyone.
