Time for some sky
Transformation of McDermott Pool into a lake for the Stalwart Productions’ filming of Season 2 of NOS4A2 continued Wednesday with matting to mimic a lake bottom and hanging of a screen as a sky to hide the pool ceiling. The scene includes a dock. According to location manager Josh Youman, the pool will be used for underwater action from a scene that has been shot at the pond at Camp Hoffman. And what will happen at the dock? “I can’t tell you,” Youman said although he let it be known that one of the characters based on a novel of the same name is hiding under the dock. Filming takes place today and the pool reopens to the public on Sunday. The city is being paid $1,000 for use of the pool. (Warwick Beacon photo)
