The Toll Gate women’s soccer team has been taking their future in their own hands in spite of not knowing whether or not they will be able to field a team and play games next year due to drastic budget cuts. They have been taking to the practice field at City Park in Warwick each week trying to stay sharp and hoping for the best. Other teams, such as the boys’ lacrosse team for Pilgrim, have been doing similar self-run practices. (Warwick Beacon photos)
