Tides, the restaurant run by culinary arts program at the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center opened for the academic year last week. Students prepare meals, wait on tables and take orders under the guidance of Chef Ray Depot and bakery instructor Eva Niosi. The dining room is open for reservations Wednesday through Friday with seating beginning at 11 a.m. To make a reservation call 734-3161. Reservations are required and will be accepted between 8 and 11 am Monday through Friday.
