About Outdoor

BoldrDash president and founder, Lynn Hall, runs an outdoor bootcamp unlike any other. The bootcamps are held in the North Kingstown, East Greenwich and South County areas every Sunday in April. Bootcampers will participate in running and agility drills, use heavy weights, partner games and body weight exercises, as well as using some very unique devices to challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible.

With up to 40 participants at a time, these bootcamps have proven to be not only a great way to get in shape for the race, but a great way to meet people and forge new relationships. Early sign-up is recommended, but drop-ins are also welcome, if space allows, with a drop in fee of $15.00.
