So many helped make event a success

To the  Editor:

I want to thank all the people who made the 2018 Wall of Honor ceremony, once again, an unqualified success.

First, to Allen "Britt" Gammons and Berkshire Hathaway Gammons Realty for their continuing sponsorship and unwavering support.

To Bob Houghtaling and Chris Cobain, co-chairs, for their tireless work, and to Committee members Deidra Kettelle, Bob Lallo and Elaine Mastracchio, who are always on call.

To dignitaries Sen. Mark Gee, Rep. Anthony Giarusso and Councilwoman Sue Cienko and Councilman Mark Schwager

for the proclamations and support.

To former inductees "Ducky" Kettelle and Wilma Briggs for making a well earned appearance at the event. Wilma has not missed one that I know of.

To Mike and Erica Balsamo of Wild Harvest Catering for the fantastic gastronomical layout.

To Mrs. Karen Champagne the East Greenwich High School Graphics Design teacher and her students, Nils Fimmers, Nick Sanzi and Isabella Saboria for the great looking program they produced for this event.

Thank you to Rick Ficazolla and the custodial crew at the high school for all their help. And last, but certainly not least, congratulations to this year's Wall of Honor inductees, John Chandler, Class of '66; Diane McDonald '69; Dr. Bernice Pescosolido, '70; Guy Asadorian, '82; and, Matt Plain, '94.

With appreciation to the great crowd last night. Looking forward to next year.

Bruce R. Mastracchio
