The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

(Teenage vampire series)
Bella and Edward marry and go on honeymoon. They consummate their marriage and she becomes pregnant. A baby is born. Bella becomes a vampire.
That's it folks, except for a gory birth, a fight between vampires and werewolves, and lots of gloom and doom.
Joyce, on the other hand, sees a nice little "love conquering all" story, filled with romance, caring and conflict.
Robert Pattinson is back as Edward, the vampire who loves and protects Bella (Kristen Stewart), the love of his life ... or as he puts it, his existence. Taylor Lautner is back as Jacob, the werewolf, Bella's closest friend. He yearns for her to get as far away from the vampire clan and love him and his werewolf family.
What's a girl to do?
The honeymoon night scene certainly puts the movie on the edge of a PG-13 rating, and Bella's fast-developing pregnancy leaves you gasping and wondering what is growing inside her.
There is loads of conflict between the wolves and the vampires, as poor Jacob has to compromise his love for Bella and hate for Edward. That cloud of impending doom is always over the trio.
I have to admit that the movie is well-acted and the cinematography is superb, but I just couldn't buy into the slim story as well as Joyce could.
This one is for teenage girls who have read the series and the boyfriends they drag along. The PG-13 rating comes with sex, violence and a few gory moments.
