On a recent visit to Save the Bay offices on Fields Point in Providence, Warwick amateur photographer David Chartier imagined he was seeing a snowy owl on a rock off shore. When he focused his telephoto he realized it was a seal, so he snapped the shot. Then to his surprise when he turned around, there was a snowy owl on the roof. Here’s the proof.
