Dr. Jim Tracy, Head of School at Rocky Hill School, will present at the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education annual conference in Nashville, Tenn. today at 2:40 p.m.
Tracy will discuss the future of work and workforce preparedness in a session entitled The Center for Innovation: Building Partnerships Between Industry and Education. Rocky Hill School’s Director of Innovation, Meg Stowe, and Director of Information Services, Martha Cunningham, will present a poster session describing how the school has built an ecosystem for innovation and industry partnerships.
Attendees of the conference will include industry experts, thought leaders in education, government and non-profit leaders. The conference is a program of the National Institute of Standards and Technology within the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Tracy is currently researching for an upcoming book on the future of work and education, which he will co-author with Greg Toppo, senior editor at USA Today. This work has also deeply informed his leadership of new innovation initiatives at Rocky Hill School since his arrival in July 2016.
