Voices of the Earth Concert and Poetry Reading

Notable Works Publication and Distribution Co., Inc., a non profit arts organization, is hosting a concert and poetry reading which will honor Amos House of Providence, Rhode Island, entitled “Voices of the Earth: People Helping People” on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 1 pm at Brooklyn Coffee and Tea House, 209 Douglas Ave., (near the intersection of Chalkstone and Douglas Ave.) Providence, Rhode Island. This spring event is sponsored by Second Story Graphics of Providence and Ann Tanzi of Cranston and will feature folk artist Joanne Lurgio, who was voted 2012 Female Vocalist of the Year by Motif Magazine. Singer songwriters Mary Zema and Noreen Inglesi as well as poets from the Poetry Loft will also be part of this event. There will be a 50/50 raffle drawing and refreshments will be provided. This event is open to the public and is handicapped accessible. Admission is $5.00 per person. Please bring a can of coffee or a hand or bath towel for Amos House and you will receive a free gift.
