WMOA to host art show coupled with wine, beer tasting


The Warwick Museum of Art (WMOA) at 3259 Post Road will host its 8th annual Fine Wine and Craft Beer Tasting to benefit the Museum tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will also feature regional artists from the 26th annual Rhode Island Open Art Exhibit, including award-winning works by two Warwick artists, Saberah Malik and Krzysztof Mathews. An array of seasonal catered hors d'oeuvres will also be served. Tickets are $30 each and can be purchased at the door or beforehand during WMOA's regular business hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 7:30 p.m., as well as Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Proceeds from ticket sales, raffle items and artwork will benefit WMOA's art programs.
