womenRYSE is innovative fitness movement that builds communities of empowered women to breakdown barriers to lifelong fitness. The program addresses the whole women with a proprietary method that includes small group training in running and yoga, empowerment tools and an online social platform for continued engagement.

Join me on Monday nights in RW Park for the womenRYSE 8-week running & yoga program. The program includes:
