Thought I covered your request in detail. You keep asking for ideas on how to bring change but you offer none. Why? Lets hear your ideas as we haven't heard any yet. I haven't attacked anyone here, its quite the contrary. I don't see you calling out the people that do resort to personal attacks. You may not like the fact that people have been caught on film doing things that are directly contrary to what the taxpayer is paying for, however, it is perfectly legal. I will say it once again as I have many times before. The Supreme Court has consistently upheld the premise that municipal employees have no expectation of privacy while and during employment hours. Period. If they hadn't given so many reasons to document their behavior, there would not have been cause to catch them in the act. Like it or not, there is an element of slackers that we pay for. It has been on going for years at our expense and it has a direct impact on the budget and on the tax base. If your ok with that, thats fine. Don't be upset that others are not ok with turning a blind eye. So lets hear your solutions.
