Thank you Norm88. I infrequently post and to be honest find most involved in these conversations as juvenile,

however; Mr. Cote's word is tantamount to dog crap on the lawn. His issue with the FD is personal and goes back over

20 years when he was not awarded the bid for the Dive Operation Instruction when the FD began the

Dive Rescue program. His issue with the City employees is again personal and due to a "misunderstanding"

with an acquaintence. As it has been stated, "He will catch the right person at the wrong time". Most people

don't take kindly to harrasment. He is beyond over the line.
