They want to go to drastic, illegal ordinances before doing simple things. Like:
Requriining future retirees to take a new employers health care or the spouses health care if available. That would put perhaps half of all retirees OFF of the city health care. The city could pay a bonus for not taking city plans. Many retirees are receiving bonuses from new employers for not taking THEIR plan!
