Does anyone recall a certain someone (meaning Bobby) bitching and bitching and bitching every March when the city would pay out in a lump sum for unused sick ?

So what did the city and firefighters do? They went to a monthly payout 10-12 year ago to appease him through contract negotiations.

Now the same buffoon Bobby wants to take credit to going back to the annual lump payment he bitched about years ago. Which Bobby they prefer tyvm.

This jackass is never happy but wants to stroke himself repeatedly.
