I would prefer we just turn off the lights in the neighborhoods. I hate that my neighborhood is lit up like a christmas tree. Then on top of the hundreds of thousand a year for the paying of those unnessecary neighborhood street lights, they aren't borrowing outrageous amounts of money we all get to pay back.
