ICS estimated renovating the building would cost another $6.9 million. ...So saythey were off by 100 percent...$14 million...Pilgrim plus Tollgate approx 10 x's the size...now we're at $140 million...isn't that better than $350 million plus a prok=jected $64 million more anticipated to build new schools...egads the Dems love to spend money for nothing.
