Grace Crossley Nottell, 92, of Warwick, died Friday, July 10, 2020 at Riverview Nursing Home in Coventry. She was the former wife of the late John H. Nottell, Cranston FD, Retired.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Herbert C. and Mary O. (Hughes) Follett.

Grace was the Vice President of Delta Detective Agency. She was an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University and an avid reader.

Grace is survived by a son: John T. Nottell, Deputy Chief, Cranston FD, Retired and his wife Kathleen of Warwick; a daughter: Mary-Margaret H. DelliCarpini and her husband Joseph of CA, four grandchildren: John T. Nottell, Jr., Lt. Cranston FD and his wife, Rhonda, Darcy Ferraro and her husband Joseph, Steven J. DelliCarpini and his wife, Mindy and Tori G. Walis and her husband, Thomas; two great-grandchildren: Karleigh and Mikaela Ferraro; and a niece: Sharon Taylor. Grace was the beloved mother of the late Steven P. Nottell and sister of the late George Follett.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday from 10 AM – 11 a.m. Burial in All Saint’s Cemetery, Warwick. Current State Covid-19 Guidelines in effect.
