Anne (Bulkley) Jordan, age 73, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. She was the wife of Richard R. Jordan. They would have celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on April 25.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Charles C. and Agnes V. (Kane) Bulkley, she lived in Cranston since 1972. She was a 1969 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, and a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. Mrs. Jordan was an elementary school teacher in the Warwick Public Schools for 30 years, retiring from Norwood School in 1999. Anne was awarded in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers in 1992 and 2002
In addition to her husband, she leaves behind her brother-in-law Ronald Jordan and his wife Donna, her niece Melissa McDowell (Jonathan), and nephew Ronald Jordan, Jr. (Jenn). She also leaves behind a great niece, Eleanor; two great nephews, Jonathan Jr. and Jordan; and four Godchildren- Joy, Kurt, Justin and Jordan.
Her funeral services and burial will be at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date due to Covid restrictions.
