E. Ashley Rappa of Warwick has joined MORE Advertising, a full-service, minority- and woman-led marketing and advertising agency launched in 1997.

As a copywriter, Rappa will create long- and short-form copy for a diverse range of mission-driven organizations.  Additionally, she will help creatively contribute to building brands, bringing campaigns to life and telling stories that help move causes forward.

“Ashley is an outstanding addition to MORE’s collection of creative minds and savvy communicators,” said Judi Haber, Managing Partner & President.  “We are excited about the new energy she brings to MORE.”

“At MORE, we call ourselves the ‘Agency of Change,’ because our moving and persuasive creative and copy changes behaviors,” said Donna Latson Gittens, CEO & Founder of MORE Advertising.  “We’re excited to welcome Ashley, and her more than 15 years of communications writing experience, as we continue the important work of telling our clients’ stories and creating change.”

Prior to joining MORE Advertising, Rappa served as Head Writer and Director of Marketing & Communications at the Lincoln School in Providence.  She previously held communications and marketing roles with several corporations and nonprofits.  For over 15 years, she also led her own freelance practice, where she developed copy, content and strategies for major brands.

“After years spent in the writing, creative and strategic marketing fields, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to write for the incredible team at MORE,” said Rappa.  “Their commitment to purpose, passion for the work, and mission-centric approach to advertising made the decision to join MORE an easy one.”

Rappa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in screenwriting and film from Vassar College.  She is active in her community and acts as a strategic advisor to RISE Women’s Leadership Conference and the United Way of Rhode Island.
