Bertrand J. Brown, age 86, formerly of Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at Kent Hospital. He was the husband of the late Kathleen F. (Coughlin) Brown.
Born in New Britain, CT, a son of the late Adrien and Leona (Bilodeau) Brown, he lived in Warwick for most of his life. He was a United States Navy veteran. Mr. Brown was employed as a regional sales representative for FARAH Manufacturing, based in El Paso, Texas, for many years. He was a former lector at St. Peter Church in Warwick.
He was the father of Deborah Lage (husband Mark) of Warwick, Gail Moran (husband Robert) of South Kingstown, Roberta Clarke (husband Matthew) of Cranston, Leona Daignault (husband Eugene) of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Gary Brown (husband Robert Hill) of Dudley, MA, the late Chris Brown (wife Andrea of Hope Valley), the late Steven Brown and the late Scott Brown. He was the grandfather of Bradford, Joshua and Jennifer Lage, Matthew Brown, Shane and Kyle Moran, and Cassandra Clarke; the great-grandfather of Olivia & Jameson Lage; and the brother of Benoit Brown (wife Jeannine) of Illinois and Ninette Cuomo of Florida.
His funeral and burial will be private.
