Ground Level RTU Replacements

CHILD Inc. of Warwick, invites sealed bids for the removal and installation of Seven (7) new ground level rooftop units at 160 Draper Ave, Warwick, RI.
A walk-thru of the facility, located at 160 Draper Ave, Warwick, RI, will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Details on obtaining project specifications and plans will be provided at the walk-thru.
Sealed bids must be received at CHILD Inc’s administrative offices, at 160 Draper Avenue, Warwick, RI 02889 by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1st, 2020 and will be opened that day at 3:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and properly labeled as CHILD Inc. – RTU Replacement. Emailed, facsimile, unsealed or late bids will not be accepted.
This is a partially Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR part 200, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti- Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. In addition to the above, Contractor must abide by any all requirements of other sources of funds administered on their behalf by Rhode Island Housing.
