The proposed Major Land Development site is located on Oaklawn Avenue, further identified as AP 17, Lot 670.  The property owners and applicants are Amalgamated Financial Equities I, LLC, at 1414 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919.  The site is zoned A-8, which allows for single-family dwellings on 8,000 SF lots.  The applicant proposes to construct a 12-unit multi-family building, inclusive of parking and landscaping improvements.
