The Zoning Board may approve, approve with conditions or deny the following petitions/applications, as may be modified by testimony and/or evidence presented throughout the public hearing; and/or possible vote to continue a petition’s public hearing to a date determined.
Petition #11060 Ward 5 91 Warwick Neck Ave.
The petition of Leza & David Williamson, 91 Warwick Neck Ave., Warwick, RI, requests a dimensional variance to construct a 27’ x 24’ attached garage to an existing non-conforming single-family dwelling. Proposed garage having a side yard setback of 1.8’ (15’ required). Assessor’s Plat 358, Lot 289, zoned Residential A-40.
Petition #11061 Ward 1 131 Namquid Dr.
The petition of Mary Christine Ruggieri, 131 Namquid Dr., Warwick, RI, requests a special use permit to have more than one residential dwelling on a lot. Petitioner is proposing to demolish the existing single-family dwelling to construct a new single-family dwelling. Assessor’s Plat 316, Lot 1, zoned Residential A-40.
