John A. Correira, age 62, passed away Monday, October 28, 2024. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late John V. and Esther D. (Beaufort) Correira. John was employed with Cox Communications for 38 years, retiring in 2023 as a Market Analyst.
He was the life partner of the late Alan Barroso and is survived by his siblings, Doris Hawes, Jean Correira, and Albert Derouin; 15 nieces and nephews and 27 great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Richard Correira and Robert Derouin.
His Funeral Service will be held, Monday, November 4, 2024, at 11am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours respectfully omitted.
