DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Oct. 3 at 12:40 a.m., police arrested Michael Bryan, 34, 141 Julia St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 3 at 5:56 p.m., police arrested Christian Suarez, 31, 80 Tell St., Providence, on charges of domestic strangulation and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 6 at 2:55 a.m., police arrested Luis Abac, 42, 35 Grant Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic failure to relinquish a telephone.

DUI

On Oct. 3 at 12:29 a.m., police arrested Norelys I. Cancel Mercado, 20, 90 Lynch St., Providence, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Cancel Mercado was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Webster and Ryder avenues.

ASSAULT

On Oct. 1 at 7:54 p.m., police arrested Willie Love, 32, 42 Pope St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of simple assault. Police say Love was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Birch Street.

On Oct. 2 at 11:52 a.m., police arrested Antonio Pacheco, 39, 82 Parkway Ave., Cranston, on charges of breaking and entering into a dwelling house without consent and simple assault. Police say Pacheco was arrested as a report of an assault call on Park Avenue.

On Oct. 2 at 8:15 p.m., police arrested Randy A. Lempitsky Jr., 18, 125 Crescent Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on two counts of simple assault and a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Lempitsky was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Pontiac Avenue.

On Oct. 2 at 8:15 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on two counts of simple assault and a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say the juvenile was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Pontiac Avenue.

FALSE PRETENSES

On Oct. 5 at 11:21 p.m., police arrested Jessica Hanson, 41, 68 Pierce Ave., Tiverton, on two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses, under $1,500. Police say Hanson was transferred from the custody of Tiverton Police on an existing Cranston arrest warrant.

STOLEN VEHICLE/PARTS

On Oct. 1 at 4:01 p.m., police arrested Terrance Thomas, 32, 293 Oxford St., Providence, on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle/parts. Police say Thomas was arrested as a result of information from a license plate reading camera in the area of Pontiac Avenue and Freeway Drive. S

TOLEN GOODS

On Oct. 2 at 6:55 p.m., police arrested Bryan B. Marine, 29, 81 Yucatan Drive, Warwick, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Marine was arrested as a result of information from a license plate reading camera on Broad Street.

SHOPLIFTING

On Oct. 2 at 7:35 p.m., police arrested Tyler Silton, 36, no address listed, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Silton was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Plainfield Pike.

On Oct. 4 at 3:08 a.m., police arrested Frank D. King, 33, 10 Holiday Drive, Lincoln, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say King was arrested as a result of a report of suspicious activity on Reservoir Avenue.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Oct. 2 at 6:55 p.m., police arrested Rasheen Pierce, 28, 23 Welfare Ave., Warwick, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Pierce was arrested as a result of information from a license plate reading camera on Broad Street.

TRESPASSING

On Oct. 1 at 12 a.m., police arrested Andrea O’Connell, 41, 77 Second Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of willful trespassing. Police say O’Connell was arrested as a result of a call for service on Reservoir Avenue. She was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Oct. 2 at 5:20 a.m., police arrested Rene Correa, 40, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Correa was transferred from the custody of North Smithfield Police on an existing Cranston arrest warrant.

WARRANTS

On Oct. 3 at 1:04 p.m., police took Danielle Nason, 35, 91 Limerock Road, Smithfield, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Nason was arrested as a result of a well-being check on Garfield Avenue.

On Oct. 5 at 8:06 p.m., police took Joseph Figueira, 38, 26 Hobson Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Figueira was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Hobson Avenue.
