Debra Anne (Reed) Finnegan, 66, a resident of West Warwick for thirty-four years, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Greenville Health Center in Smithfield after a three week illness. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Louise (Mangiacapra) Reed of Warwick. She was the loving wife for forty-four years of Timothy John Finnegan, Sr.

Debra graduated from Tollgate High School in 1973. She went on to work as a Lunch Aid and Bus Monitor for the Town of West Warwick School Department and had previously worked for New England Telephone.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved children, Timothy J. Finnegan Jr. and his fiancée Lisa Mertel of Cumberland and Kelly Anne Finnegan-Glickman and her husband Robert Glickman of Palm Bay, FL, her grandson, Timothy J. Finnegan III of Cumberland who was the love of her life, her sister, Charlene Pace of Providence, her sister-in-law, Ann Mary Couture (Gary) of Mississippi, her brother-in-law Michael J. Finnegan (Julie) of Connecticut, and numerous cousins, particularly James and Deborah Berard of North Providence, as well as her fur babies, Misty, Robby, and Riley.

Her Funeral will be held from the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Ave, Warwick at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Church, 130 Legris Ave, West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery, Pascoag. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4-7 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
