Dolores L. “Del” (Entwistle) Laprade, age 91, of Pine Grove Avenue, Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Victoria Court in Cranston, where she had resided for the last four years. She was the wife of the late Vincent G. Laprade.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late William A. and Doris (Percival) Entwistle, she lived in Warwick for most of her life and wintered in West Palm Beach, Florida for 50 years. Mrs. Laprade was a retired seamstress. She and her husband enjoyed traveling in their mobile home both cross-country and to Florida.

She is survived by a son, Vincent G. Laprade Jr.; two daughters, Linda S. Rice and Lisa D. Champlin (husband Tom); and a granddaughter, Stephany Champlin. She was the sister of the late William Entwistle Jr. and Doris “Dot” Viau, her twin sister. She will be missed by her many good friends at Victoria Court.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, February 24, at 8 a.m. from Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 4-6 p.m. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
