Donna M. Smith, 66, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hope Health Hospice, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Richard P. Smith. Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Arthur B. and Evelyn D. (Oakes) Spinard. Donna was the beloved mother of Richard Smith, Jr., and Kerri Smith. She was the beloved mother of the late Jason Smith Sr; sister of William Spinard, Debora Parenteau (Joseph), Joan Dion and Ann Kolhman; grandmother of Matthew, Elijah, Trinity, Camrinn, Richard III, Tyler, Jason Jr, Maddison and Justin. Great Grandmother of two. Donna was the sister of the late Arthur Spinard Jr, Gerald Spinard, Marie Spinard, Sandra Landry and Jean Spinard.
Her funeral service will be held Monday, July 12, 2021 at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
