City Hall was busy at 8:30 a.m. yesterday as early voting started across the state. But there weren’t long lines and with three poll workers verifying names and addresses hardly a wait. Early voting is in the basement of City Hall. Parking can be a bit of a challenge with the back lot closed off for construction of Warwick City Plaza and an outdoor skating rink.
