City Hall was busy at 8:30 a.m. yesterday as early voting started across the state. But there weren’t long lines and with three poll workers verifying names and addresses hardly a wait. Early voting is in the basement of City Hall. Parking can be a bit of a challenge with the back lot closed off for construction of Warwick City Plaza and an outdoor skating rink. Here, Keith Brynes, who has worked the polls for the past four elections, verifies the information provided by voter Cathy Derrig.
