The contest is open to all U.S. residents. Submissions must be a 2-inch diameter circle with a maximum of four colors; display the phrase “I Voted”; be a vector file; and not use copyrighted material.
The submission period opened March 2 and remains open through March 31. Online voting will be held from April 21-30.
Designs may be submitted at elections.ri.gov/Contest/index.php.
The Board of Elections, in conjunction with the Secretary of State, will select their favorite designs. Finalists will be posted online and voted for by the public. The winning design will be announced shortly thereafter.
