Joseph A. Enos, 94, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Briarcliffe Manor and Rehabilitation in Johnston. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary L. (Morin) Enos.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John A. and Angelina (White) Enos.

Joseph entered the United States Coast Guard in 1947 and was honorably discharged in 1951. Following the service, Joseph was a truck driver as a member of the Teamsters Local # 251 for 21 years before retiring in 1992.

Joseph was a Past President of the Elmwood Little League and was inducted into the Rhode Island Little League Hall of Fame. He enjoyed the beach, especially walking at Conimicut Point in Warwick.

He is survived by his children, Richard J. Enos and his wife Elizabeth of Providence and Jo-Ann M. Moore and her husband Dennis of Warwick; a brother, Robert Enos of East Providence; his grandchildren, Rachel Enos, Laura Marshall (Bryan), Dennis Moore, Michael Enos, Rebecca Moore (Jeremy Cutler) and Sally Moore and 6 great-grandchildren. He was a brother of the late Manuel Enos.

His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI, followed by interment with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston, RI. Visiting hours on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
